This weekend Friends Forever will be hosting our 1st Sports and Exercise Zoom! Do you miss sports? (I do!) and I of course its important to stay active during this time so come join us at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and wear your favorite sports jersey or attire!

Do you have some medals or trophies to show off? Bring them Saturday! Do you have some really cool sports gear or jerseys to show off? Let’s see it Saturday! Do you have some cool sports trivia to share? Do you want to lead the group in a exercise move our routine? Maybe a zumba or a new dance? A cool sports story to tell? Come share it with the group!

Everyone will have a chance to share if they want to or feel free to come watch and hangout!
